When I say terrible company! I mean terrible! Awful people! Every single rep that I’ve spoken to has been extremely rude and nasty! Can’t get anywhere with them because they talk over you and are just out right rude! I am furious. A manager told us they would send someone out immediately to restore power to our home and almost three hours had gone by and still nothing. I called to get an update and let the rep know we were TOLD BY A MANAGER that someone would be out there IMMEDIATELY. This is what we WERE TOLD! I explained I had small children and that I wasn’t told it would be this long of a wait and she continued to speak over me telling me “well you have to wait, there are thousands of customers waiting for power to be restored we can’t just single you out and put your power on first” this is what she said verbatim! Rude is an understatement. I’m am utterly disgusted. Utterly!

Trash service. They'd rather leave you with 1 cent in your account and turn off the power without letting you know. The calls that they make are especially annoying. Every day they call, maybe send an email or a text coochee. Stay woke AVOID this service!

This is the single worst electric company I have ever had to deal with. They demand huge deposits if you're ever late making a payment. I was told I could get part of my $500 deposit back after two years of no late payments. Seriously? Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is seriously lacking (and I'm being generous there). There's frequent brown outs. There are power outages far more often than there should be for no apparent reason. But none of those reasons are why I'm writing this review. I looked on my bill today and said "wow, that's an extremely round number." I look a little closer and there's a line item for "operation round up." What is this? I go on their website to pay my bill and to see if I can find any additional information. This was an optional program where they round up your bill to the next dollar for "disaster relief." The long and short of it, was that in case of disasters this money goes to help other people who can't pay their bills. This is more or less a money grab so THEY don't have to go out of pocket to give their own customers disaster relief. That's kind of shady, first of all. But more to the point, I never signed up for this. I never agreed to this optional program, and under closer inspection, they've been rounding up my account for the last 9 months that I've had this account when I bought my home. I don't know why I didn't notice it before, but now I do and now I'm angry.

I have had 19 outages in one month this is crazy. Just had another one before writing this review. BTW there is no storms happening at the moment and we are in pasco. I guess they should remove the member/service charge that's applied to our bill every month.

Thank you for your inquiry. No, we only work up to the meter and meter can on the outside of your home. You would need a qualified and licensed electrician for any work on an internal breaker box.
Yeah their lobby is closed to customers until further notice
