We had an issue with our car. My husband bought and installed a brake booster in our 2013 Ford Edge. Our car wouldn't move very far before brakes locked up. Got recommendations from FB went with Big City Automotive. They came and picked up the car. They found out part was defective. Replaced part.. kept in contact the whole time. Returned car to our home. Very prompt service. Thanks Big City Automotive. Will use again!

First off I’d like to start this review by saying THANK YOU Eric and the boys! I’m very satisfied with you and your guys work! This place (big mechanic) and I have had our share of differences when Steve ran it and the mechanic were not that good AT ALL! Nevertheless with the new staff and owner running it thing have definitely changed for the better and the prices are cheaper! My caddie had 12 codes that were reading bad on the diagnostic machine! Eric told me he could fix it and he did! Really quick too! I bought it in Friday morning and it was fix by 3 pm Monday! And when I tell you that my car has never ran this good…it’s true! I have a hard time trusting people especially mechanic’s but the boys at Big Mechanic…they did me right both times I’ve used them and at a reasonable price⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Eric and his crew were great, very friendly and efficient. Extremely reasonable prices, didn't have to wait long, didn't have an appointment, though I recommend getting there early a.m., very busy shop. Needed a new muffler and got to watch while he installed it. Thanks Big Mechanic, highly recommended!
