The worst company I have ever used. They don’t pick up trash at my house for 2 scheduled date in a row and I doubt that they will come and pick up my trash on next scheduled date. Called them 3 times and they kept saying they will come out and finish what is left off the day before. Nothing gets done.

I AM EXTREMELY UPSET!!!! THIS MORNING THE CREW THAT WORKS RIVER ROAD IN DADE CITY HIT & KILLED MY KIDS DOG!! They literally tore her into pieces & left her in the middle of the dirt road. These men come around the corner of this dirt road doing at least 50mph & don’t watch for anything. Not dogs, kids or cars!! Now my kids are devastated as we have to bury their doggy because of these poor careless workers!!! Learn to drive or get off the road!

Our trash has not been picked up for over a week. They missed last Thursday and its now Tuesday and still no pick up. Called into their head office and the women that answered was unprofessional saying they don't have the staff to run their shifts but still they charge us for a service they can't provide and are rude because we are upset our trash is piling up in our front yard. I said well then should I just bring the trash to you, she said no thats illegal but you can drive to the dump and pay to have your garage disposed of. So we pay you to pick up our trash and now we are to pay again to have it disposed of ourselves. Doesn't make much sense now does it. I am changing services as we speak not because of them not picking up the trash but because of how I was spoken too over the phone by their representative. I am the customer paying for a service that was not being rendered to me and this is the treatment we get. 1230pm Tuesday April 5th. Update 435pm Tuesday April 5th. Just got another call like last week, they are running behind and leave your trash out front. Let me guess you're not coming again and my trash will pile up even more. Our neighborhood is starting to look really bad because of this company. Will I get a refund ? Probably not.

Third week in a row no pickup on Monday which is designated collection day. I left my cans out for later pickup. Today, Tuesday they arrived at 2:20pm to collect trash. I was in my side yard working and watched them collect my neighbors trash and leave mine behind. I sent an email to company, no response. I have been on hold on the telephone for 31 minutes while making this review. No response. Hanging up now.
