Is paper to be put it in a recycle barrel the same as plastics and glass? Mixed in with the plastic and glass? It's hard to keep track of recycling days. Is there any chance for weekly pickup now that paper is included?

No, there is no chance of having recycling every week. Yes, you can throw all recycling together.
