The people that answers the phone dont know what thet are doing.they told me if i was going to miss my appt to call this was my first appt .they told me i could have 4 no shows and all they would do is make me come in as a walk in.today now they said they wont see me again.if you want someone who cares go to dr affordable in zephyrhills.and this is after they cancelled on me a week ago so make sure u cancel a day b4 or u get no health care . Dr affordable is no longer in business .i use dr specialist group in plant city fl they have 2 offices in pc

Staff is welcoming, helpful, and friendly. As this is the administration center, when patients mistakenly go to Admin rather than the Family Center or Dental, staff always proceed to point them in the right direction. I recommend Premier Community HealthCare as they are an organization that cares about the needs and wellbeing of the community.

So not that I’m not mad enough I’m in the hospital with my right toe amputated and Covid. I call my primary Dr.DaSouza to let her know I can’t come in for an appointment because I can’t drive she won’t refill my 3 month meds I called her last week because the nurse told me I had refills well I didn’t. PREMIER IS THE WORST! Please don’t take your family there. I will be finding a primary now that I’ll be home. Plus the doctor never remembers you or looks at your chart as you are being seen. The medication list is never right. I should of left long ago but you are limited with Medicaid. She even had the nerve to tell me to have my son walk to the bus stop when he was 12 years crossing 301 by George and Gladys all the way to Riverdale on 98 because she walked 15 miles to school growing up GTFOH. You probably had a one way road back then and there probably was no traffic in Africa then. This place doesn’t even deserve a star but that’s what you can choose from.

After wait 2 hours because the doctor was late. The doctor I had was not really interested in what I was saying! Tried to tell me I was born with the problem I was having. Which is false information! My masks would fall a little bit when I talked, she would say can you pull your mask up. The funny thing is she was leaning against the door. Far away from me! Like I had a Disease. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional!
