Carrollwood Compounding Center and Pharmacy

I SO hate writing bad reviews but feel I must let people know about my experience here. Been a customer here for years and the staff, with the exception of Dana, has been great. There have been issues over the years of delayed meds due to miscommunications, etc but just minor things with the exception of this week. My medication was mailed by some "new system error". Upon trying to explain this to Dana, I got no apology and just Dana being frustrated that they've changed over from USPS to UPS. I can't remember trying to explain an error caused by a business I pay money to and being met with such hostility. They did agree to re-make my meds but required me to bring them back in. No problem, except UPS failed to deliver. So I was told I'd be charged again till the meds UPS lost were received. Got it. You guys make a mistake and want customer to track down/pick up meds that were never delivered to me that I never requested to be mailed in Florida 100 degree weather. Bottom line....just don't make Dana mad and all will be well. The rest of the staff is wonderful. What a shame.....

The Pharmacists and staff are very professional and caring; they took the time - more than one of them on more than one occasion - to answer all the questions I had about a compound I've been prescribed. They are top notch professionals in every way!

Extremely helpful. Very friendly. When a big-name pharmacy kept yanking me around I decided to go back to a smaller, privately owned place. I was not disappointed with Carrollwood Pharmacy. Having been a long time customer of Carrollwood Compounding Center and Pharmacy, I welcome the opportunity to submit a review of this pharmacy. I have found that the prices are quite reasonable and typically beat the prices of the big box competitors; the staff is professional and efficient and goes above and beyond on a regular basis. This pharmacy maintains an excellent presence in our community and I am grateful to have such a valuable resource nearby. My implicit trust in Carrollwood Compounding Center and Pharmacy and its staff is well deserved and my family and I will proudly continue to support this local icon!
