If you live on the east side of Youngstown and are looking for a close safe place to take the kids then this is your very best bet. Theirs lots of room to run, play, and plenty of trails to explore. It's bigger and imo better then boardman park.

We played baseball on a field with no dugout for the players and it was close to the restrooms which smelled horrible you could smell it while sitting on the bleachers. No sink or sanitizer to wash your hands. Gross

We had an amazing experience here, there was a very nice park, and they have restrooms all over the place. There was a nice little creek that was very enjoyable for us. We spent about 3 hours just messing around in the creek. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is they have no stations to wash off your feet if it’s muddy. I think it would be better if they had a place where people who came from the creek could wash their shoes and feet off with water. Other than that, amazing park!
