I recently purchased a John Deere 1023E from Everglades Equipment in Palmetto and had a minor issue after the first use. Apparently, the engine oil cap was not on tight or missing after they delivered to my house. Regardless, I noticed a bit of oil on the garage floor after putting away after the first couple hours of use. After opening the hood, there was oil over much of the engine components, etc. I notified my salesman Todd and I got to say, Everglades and the people there are above reproach!! Todd got right on the phone with his superiors after I expressed my disappointment but also concern that contaminants may have got into the engine block since I was working in a dry dusty/sandy environment. I'd say I'm a fair guy, thus ultimately, I know I'm the one responsible to checking this stuff before each use. However, instead of pointing the finger at me or simply going through the engine, cleaning, and sending back to me (which honestly they had a right to do), they are instead swapping the tractor out for a new one so that I can have that peace-of-mind of having a new machine. How many places would do that for a little guy like me...especially with the logistical nightmares and supply chain issues we have today? Everglades Equipment has a lifelong customer with me! I will refer anyone to Everglades for yard and farm equipment, service, etc. Thanks Todd, Mike, and others who helped me out on this!

Every aspect of my experience with Everglades in Palmetto and Martin Silva surpassed expectations. Martin was quick to provide excellent customer service and knew the equipment very well. Last year I bought a riding lawn mower from Home Depot and it was delivered by Everglades. When they dropped it off they mentioned they provide mower service. I just had my annual service completed and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience. I appreciate being able to pay via a link through a text message using Apple Pay. Also appreciate the easy scheduling.
