Friendly and professional operation. Took care of our "home" as if Madeline Jeanne was their own. Possibly over our heads with our extensive "to do" list, Cut's Edge staff put us in touch with skilled workers to help us stay on our timeframe.

If I could give them zero stars for unprofessionalism and rude behavior, I would. Their office told me they were 3 weeks out from doing repairs about 2 months ago, I asked them any other mechanics that they would be willing to referral and they provide a name..... I take it to that referral and he is unable to make the repairs. I then call back and they tell me they are 2 weeks out I then book the spot. I wait the 2 weeks and my boat gets delivered by the mechanic they referred and then they refuse to work on my boat . As a business owner myself I can tell you this is the most ridiculous crock of $%!* and an absolute cluster of a shop to deal with!! Take your boat to the next shop you were debating on using. This place is not good for your blood pressure! I feel like I'm being punked, okay Ashton, come out now!

***Use Caution*** Pros: Location Cons: Everything else I've kept my boat there for 2 years only due to the location of the marina. The place is run down, has very poor management, and the employees have no personable skills. They raise their prices and do not put any money into the areas needed. Their floating docks are falling apart and are so unbalanced that I have seen several people fall while on them. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The lot itself is a dust bowl and the business refuses to attempt to do anything to rectify the problem. If you care about the cleanliness of your boat, this is not a place to store it. Luckily I had a custom cover which helped keep the inside clean but the exterior consistently needed extra care due to the oils in the dirt that adhere to your vessel. They have broken down equipment that hasn't moved since I've been there. I'm no longer there due to being kicked out over requesting to see video of how my boat got damaged. I recently put a brand new wrap on my boat and within weeks, the marina caused damage to it by maneuvering the vessel around one of their floating docks without care and running the side across an area that completely ripped the new wrap down the side in about a 6 foot section. I requested to see video of the boat being pulled out and got hassle from the office employees. When I was finally able to speak with the manager, Jeff, he was arrogant and not personable. I had measurements and proof of the damage but he refused to even put the boat in the water to line up the damage in how I explained it occurred as well as the video verifying it. Jeff refused to take responsibility for the damage and told us we had to remove our vessel from their property. He informed us he made this decision prior to even speaking to us. Our demeaner with their employees and with Jeff was calm the entire time and there was no justification for evicting us other than he said that he would not be held responsible for future damage. I've seen other boats get damaged while here and have seen irate customers. Please read these reviews and heed their warning. Take your business elsewhere.
