Go-to grocery store in Geauga county. More expensive than Giant Eagle, but the product offering and atmosphere reflect this.

It's falling in service. I have shopped in this store for seven years as my office is nearby. This location is one of Heinen's weaker stores I visit and has gotten weaker. Today, I gave up and left the store with fewer than half the items I intended to buy. The cause wasn't items out-of-stock but the frustration of trying to shop with the stockers standing around and socializing. I finally gave up when I reached an aisle that was completely blocked while the stockers discussed whether they were vegan. Yes, I stood there long enough waiting for them to move and knew their discussion topic. The checkout person never asked for my Heinen's Preferred Customer Card. I tried to give her my phone number for the card, but she didn't seem to want to be working. Heinen's needs their customer service to justify their prices. It's not working at this store. I know hiring is difficult, but staff is supposed to be a hallmark of Heinen's.

I love good customer service.... This Heinens in Aurora was very clean, organized and the staff was extremely polite, helpful and courteous. I really enjoyed shopping there...

Slightly pricier than some other grocery stores, but they always have good fresh produce and tons of other items. Their deli has a wide selection of meats and cheeses and the bakery is delicious!
