Beware of flood zone! The property is beautiful, however the flooding that occurs with hurricanes with require mandatory evacuation of residents with hurricanes. The damage from Hurricane Irma destroyed my moms place leaving her nothing. Everything was destroyed. Thankful and blessed she has her family however, nothing will replace the family treasures she lost in her home... contact with Good Samaritan was difficult at best, be aware of your loved ones that may reside here. This comment was made well over 2 years ago and ( as was Hurricane Irma) The comment finally updated when Good Samaritan responded 2 yrs after I posted! Disgraceful.. The health and welfare of residents was not addressed during the evacuation. Residents were loaded last minute on to a bus (non wheel chair friendly)and driven to an alternate location where by they stayed on cots. Many did not have supplies such a oxygen, concentrators, etc when transferred and many passed away.

We felt welcomed the minute we walked through the door. Bernice spent the afternoon taking us around snd showing us many different apartments. We even got to meet our new future neighbors. Bernice is supremely knowledgable about the Good Samaritan community. We couldn't have had a better sales rep., for she is extremely enthusiastic and passionate about helping people.

My wife and I determined that we needed a Progressive living environment as we entered our twilight years. We visited Good Samaritan Society Village and were Awe-struck!!!! This property is unbelievable. The choice of living accommodation s are varied so as to fit any budget or living style. Back to our visit, we were expecting a 25 cent tour but instead were given a $5.00 tour by Bernice. Kaz was our property coordinater. Both people are "over the handle bars" as to helping with information and details. Outstanding experience. We will be moving to our Courtyard Villa around Dec. 15th. Come look us up and be our neighbors.

I have been visiting several relatives on campus for many years now and, for a majority of our summer trips from NY, my kids and I have celebrated my wife's birthday in the beautiful Veterans Park Gazebo on the water (see picture). In 2019 all four of us finally decided to move to FL and, as fate would have it, I got a job working on campus on the sales team in late 2019. I love what I do, my team is great, and I thoroughly enjoy helping folks find the apartment or home that really makes THEM happy... and golf cart tours around our beautifully manicured campus is the highlight of MY day. This is a great place to visit, live, and work... come see for yourself. You won't regret it ;-)

Great questions Joan and thank you for your interest in our campus! Our apartments start at a little over $800 for the sizes you inquired about but it does depend on whether you prefer a basic model or upgraded model. We have a low minimum income requirement but do not have a sliding scale rent when it comes to income. We would love to have you visit and we are open 8:30 am - 5:00 pm WEEKDAYS and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on SATURDAYS. Please contact our office to make an appointment. (407) 933-1999
