Almost every time I come here the fries are old. They commonly forget to give me items I ordered and the service is slow 75% of the time. I tried to keep supporting this local McDonald’s hoping the service and quality would improve but it just hasn’t.

The absolute worst service in my life. Nothing but attitude with the employees. Waited by the side door for over 20 minutes for my food. When I FINALLY got my food, medium fries were missing. When I told the worker about my fries , manager came out only to tell me “ Are you sure ? Check the other bag ! Mind you, I only got one bag 10 minutes later I backed out my vehicle to the drive thru window only to sit there while the other worker seemed to be ignoring me. Shortly after she opened the window and said “yes?” When I told her about the fries, she tells me “everyone else is waiting” even tho I was there 20 minutes before. I will never ever go back there. And to add on, the bun on my chicken sandwich was black on the bottom. Nasty food and absolute horrible, unprofessional, rude service.

So, that is a hot fudge Sunday. They must have been running out if the fudge. Oh, wait.....this McDonald's is always running out. Lucky if you get a teaspoon full. Probably my last time there.

Absolutely hands down the nicest people working here, clean, and fast. It's the first time I have ever used the kiosk and they were patient with me as I had my 4yr old trying to chatter at the same time. I cannot Express how nice and efficient the staff is. I ordered something they happen to be out of (it is seasonal item) and she called the McD's down the road to see if they had it for me. Will drive the extra miles to come here anytime!
