Went from amazing to horrible. It's impossible to even place an order now. The new phone policy has them ignoring phone calls half the time. Spent 20 minutes trying to call in an order and literally never got through to anyone. Either it was busy or when it did connect no one picked up in time for it to not go over to voice mail. This is how you lose lifetime customers.

Cortland Oh. Wife went to pick up our order. She was told she already picked it up. Then they said they gave it to some other Randy Jarvis. They wouldn't give her money back. The manager said come back in 45 mins. I went there to get my money back. The manager was very rude. After 20 mins arguing she gave me my money. Very rude manager at Cortland

This place has gone down hill. So sad. Ordered The 1/2 sheet Pepperoni Pile-Up which is a specialty pizza and got a regular pepperoni pizza. Also ordered a large order of wings and the wings were so small with hardly any meat on them yet paid full price. My parents ordered 2 philly subs and had hardly anything on it. Will take our business elsewhere for now on.
