Great experience! I was in and out in about an hour. All staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Williams was very professional, listened to my concerns and explained things very clear to me. I was also able to get my antibiotic there in the office, instead of having to drive to the pharmacy to wait and pick it up. Very convenient! Highly recommend Doctors Urgent Care in Palm Harbor.

I am pleased with the care I received. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is the 2-hour and 15-minute wait time. They said it was a busy day and it's usually not this bad.

Walk in was very quick in under 30 minutes and check in process was straight forward. The staff was friendly and once inside the doctors listen to your issue and assist accordingly. They were able to send my prescription to my pharmacy which was ready for pickup shortly after my visit.

You may just walk in and have the Covid test done on Saturday or book it on Friday (one day in advance). Be aware that the lab picks up every day except for Saturday, so if you want to do the PCR test, it won't go out until Sunday and you will get the results on Monday. If you want to do the Rapid test the results will be given to you in 15 minutes.

We do. Aetna has different copays for different policies. You will have to look on the card, online, or call them. When you come in we put your card into our verification software and will tell you the copay.
