Danielle the Supervisor didn’t know what he was doing? We had a T mobile coupon for free impossible whoppers and they argued for over so long we’re very disrespect they was another associate with him as well, lack of professionalism and no customer appreciation treating customers very bad and yelling at them shows that they don’t care about them at all. Would not recommend this place, would not come here ever again. We asked for Manager they lied and said Danielle is manager then they said he is supervisor.

Best experience of ever going to a Burger King or fast food. Rosa was so helpful and helped explain the different sauces and had the best customer service. Someone give her a raise. The food was fresh as well.

Would leave lower review if it was available. Terrible food staff just couldn't get it right after 3 times apparently customer service is not at the top of their priorities or fresh food.

This Burger King is very conveniently located just west of the Montego Bay hotel and casino in West Wendover Nevada and the gentleman running the speaker register and serving window is quite the accommodator! Though I've got to say whoever's in charge of the pricing definitely could use a lesson in frugality! me and a friend ordered a rather large lunch and the total came out to more than $30!!! Kind of astonishing to me since I'm used to spending about $15 at McDonald's for two people but a big time major difference that I want to point out here, the guy here at Burger King did not so much as have to get clarification on our order, he got our requests correct every single time! astonishing I've got to say!!! This guy should be like the general manager of order taking for all Burger King locations! He even gave me a cup of whipped cream for a side and when I asked if I could turn my large Dr pepper and bacon King into a meal if that would lower the cost he simply replied I'll give you the french fries too for free I mean who can argue with that!
