This was my first time having my vehicle serviced at the Honda dealership in Pinellas Park. I was greeted as soon as I pulled up. The clerk was welcoming and efficient. Xavier Montes took care of the rest. He was fantastic. I didn’t know what insurance I had and he called around to figure it out for me. My vehicle was serviced and ready within an hour. I was impressed. Everyone was helpful, you can tell they have a good team. My previous vehicle was a Hyundai and anytime I brought my car there it was at least a four hour wait just for an oil change and the customer service was awful. I’ll definitely use this Honda dealership again.

Always informs me of discounts and applies the coupon without me asking. Always gives Military discount. Always tells me what can wait till next time. Always walks me to my car when the job is done. Eddie was helpful and assisted in finding just what I was looking for. I'm the owner of a Honda pilot. I did go to the Toyota dealership and they would not allow me to take the vehicle to my mechanic. So I left and drove back to Eddie and purchased the car after I took it to my mechanic.
