I always get welcomed and greeted with a smile when i walk into Pet Supplies Plus in Vienna. My mom and i were shopping, looking for the food our puppy eats when Gene welcomed us and asked if he could help us find what we needed. He ended up offering a great alternative since our usual puppy food was out of stock. We had no problems finding some additional toys and some cat food because the store is always so clean and organized. Gene checked us out and offered me some useful info on their rewards program which i really appreciated. I love seeing fellow retail workers go above and beyond to help customers’ shopping experience so much more easy and enjoyable. Thank you, Gene! We’ll definitely be back. :)

I travel alot for work and I gotta say this pet shop blows most out of the water. Truly puts pet smart and pet co to shame. The manager was more than helpful and answered any questions I had with 100% accuracy quickly. She helped me pick out an animal to choose base on it's needs and my schedule. Truly a tailored pet shop experience.
