They provide me with birth control and reproductive health care. Not many places do that for low income patients. Most of the OBGYN facilities will remove a birth control implant, but will not provide them. I actually had an appointment with one of the most popular OBGYNs in the area to replace my Nexplanon-- but when I went back they told me they would only take it out. It was frustrating and made me feel alienated. Like i was being pressured. I'm glad Planned Parenthood isn't like that. Staff were very kind and caring. Waiting room was pleasent. Everyone was friendly.

With an appointment, you can usually get in and out within an hour. They will check vitals, pregnancy test, medical history, and determine the best option for you.

No, the Vienna facility does not provide abortions. There is only one abortion provider in the state, and that's in Charleston.
