i’m not sure what his name was, but he was being extremely rude to me. asking me a question 3 times like i wasn’t being truthful. kept being super blunt and stern and rolling his eyes and whatevering me. being the emotional person i am, i walked out crying. i wouldn’t recommend their service with how selfless they are.

That is incorrect information Jenny. As long as you have the current Title, and there is a sale date on it, you can transfer. Yes. You may have a penalty fee of 125 dollars or be taxed on fair market value of the vehicle. You can always stop in am show us the paperwork so we can help with giving you the correct paperwork if needed
M-F 9-5:30 And FOR NOW Saturday 9-1. Eventually will go back to 9-530 on Saturday.
Yes, as long as there is cash on the card.
As I understand it you can if you pay cash. I would call them to be sure. They are an independent business but the regulations come from the state. The other option is a trip permit. That gives you 3 days.
There are DMVs in all cities in Washington State. Auto Licensing Divisions are branches of DMV or DOL. Same place.
No, this place is just for vehicle licensing.
No
A trip permit is 30 dollars for 3 days. You cannot do a single day. It has to be 3.
Emissions is $15 Other than that it depends on the car.
Nope. They only title/ license vehicles, vessels, and trailers. You can go to woodland ave, right off 112th or to the highway patrol office on 112th between Waller and Franklin pierce high school
Nothing sign it over to the new owner as long as the title is clean, they will register it as a Washington owned vehicle
Its 35$. or if your selling in stats you can get an affidavit of loss
Emissions is charged by where you live and what address and zip code you use. Don't matter where in Washington you pay or which dmv you use
Dol doesn't do that. Call DMV
Yes
No. Call DMV
You might be able to get affidavit in lieu of title. Call your nearest office
Yes, but you change the address on your drivers license at the Department of motor vehicle's (DMV)
If you got a driver's license you've got ID
