Ordered take out during lunch. There’s two options: small and large size, or lunch and dinner size. The lunch is a considerable size. Previously places will have a ‘bowl’, which I was initially thinking the size I’m going to get, but I was pleasantly surprised by the lunch size. The restaurant was clean and decorated. Curious to see the size difference for the dinner to the lunch, but that’ll be another day. With the current price inflations, I wasn’t expecting the prices from previous menu photos, so I took new photos of the menu to share, which BTW aren’t over inflated, but appropriate to other restaurants. Now, in terms of the taste, and food presentation. The lunch chicken teriyaki came with a bed of rice, chicken teriyaki, topped with teriyaki sauce. Other places would provide a small salad in a separate container, but there were steamed vegetables inside the lunch container. The vegetables anywhere are a hit or miss but these had a hint of a broth, so it had a small kick of seasoning or flavor, with a crunch of the vegetable itself. The chicken was also decent, now not the BEST, but again, I would return to order it. Overall, I would return to Sunny Teriyaki.

We recently went here to pick up dinner, when I called in specified exactly how I wanted my meal prepared. I had even repeated and asked to have read back. Was told it would be $3 more, which I agreed was fine. When I arrived home it was incorrect, I called and advised the person on the phone. She advised she wanted me to bring back, and no credit or replacement would be given. I have been going here off and on for no less than ten years. I guess one meal was worth loosing a long time customer that typically spends $50 each visit...Won't be going back. You see all these advertisements asking us to support our local businesses, but it is hard to have empathy for them when have no regard for good customer service!!!

Mask is a requirement or you can't go in. Floors are marked to show where to stand for distance. When you order she will ask for your name and tell you about 20 min for your order and come back to pick it up. Personally I wait in the car until the time to get the food.
