Not a good for a first time experience.. ..them dryers charged my card over 7 dollars to dry... not sure if I will be back not only that... there is no staff to assist... 😡

Edit: It really only takes one bad experience to ruin your impression of a place. The positives: it's smaller and a little out of the way so during the weekdays it's never super busy. Weekend can get a little rough but not too bad. The NEGATIVES: .....Machine prices all went up and I'm sorry but it's ridiculous to pay 5-6 dollars to wash a load of laundry. It's bad like that all over town. The Worst: had the washer freak out. Something had stuck to the rubber seel. It was just enough that when I started my $6 load, the water came pouring out the front of the door. I hit the emergency stop button and found the snag at the bottom. Made sure it was a good seel, closed the door, and restarted. Except it wouldn't start. And it wouldn't open the door anymore. My laundry was locked in the washer. No attendant on duty. No one in the building. No listed numbers to call if something happens in the store. Found 4 different numbers for them online. Three didn't actually work, the fourth was for a coffee shop downtown. Tried again twenty minutes later when my other washer was done. Still wouldn't open or start. One hour later when my dryer was done the washer finally unlocked. And reset. So I'm out the six dollars for the load. And now here for another hour and a half to finish my laundry. Still a bad experience that night and they SHOULD have working numbers where you can reach them. That being said, they did contact me the next morning and refund my messed up load. So I thank them for that and I give back a star.

I’m trying to do my laundry at 9:40am on the 14th of December and the company you hired to put in new machines parked their big truck load right in the front making it impossible to park anywhere. They should of parked on the side of the building. Very unprofessional company you hired. They stood at the door as I was trying to find parking, LAUGHING at me. LaundryOne commercial laundry equipment has unprofessional workers.
