I really can’t add much to all the other negative reviews, so I’ll just basically repeat them. The lady working here is rude to the point that it seems she doesn’t want my money. She tried to talk me into walking to the Dollar General to buy laundry soap. She followed me around to make sure I wasn’t over-filling and made rude comments under her breath the whole time. The machines are all in a state of disrepair, and many don’t work at all. It seems she was only nice to the people she recognized. I would never come back, and would recommend you go some place else, even if it’s farther away.

This Is the local neighborhood laundromat. Clean and service is very friendly. They have drop-off service as well as extra large washing machines and Essentials such as detergent, fabric softener, ect

The facility is not bad, however the elderly lady that works the counter makes this an awful experience. I wanted to get $20 in coins for the machines and a small bottle of bleach. I was to get back $18.00 in change. She immediately had an attitude and was making huffing sounds. I explained that most likely I would be using the rest of the money, which I did do. Other customers entered the facility and was only nice to what appear to be regulars. A smile and a kind word would really go a long way to ensure they continue to get and retain business.

All interactions with the old lady with glasses who works on Saturdays have been very unpleasant due to her rude manners. She is always snapping at people for simply asking questions or change. Today, she was absolutely over the top. The only professional and nice people at this place are Tracy and the young girl. Definitely looking for another laundromat with a more pleasant environment.
