WOULD NOT HONOR DODGER DEAL. They seemed to think it was coming out of their paycheck. I tried explaining, but they wouldn't honor it. They probably thought I would order something else but I didn't. They got no money from me. I just drove through the drive and they got no money from me at all. Jack should pull their franchise or fine them for not honoring the agreement they made with MLB for advertising.

I work in the local area of this location and come here every once in awhile in hopes for them to not mess up my order but I can honestly say that they have messed up my orders 3 times out the past 5 visits. It is so frustrating, a male employee was trying to charge me extra for curly fries even when I had the receipt showing I purchased curly fries. A female employee told me they discontinued popcorn chicken and fries a few weeks ago but a few days later a male employee made the popcorn chicken for me but just gave me regular fries after again I paid for curly fries. Even I used uber eats and they picked up from here while I was working graveyard and they still managed to mess up my order! I am bummed out because I am really now starting hate Jack in the Box because of the experience I am having at this specific location.

They Stole From Me.... Now Who Do I Call? 911? I ordered 8 Hamburgers Only Received 7.... I should sue you guys IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.. but that would be petty... So what I will do is leave this comment and make a difference...... Don't come here.... I called the place IMMEDIATELY... I Came Back To Resolve The Problem And THE SHIFT MANAGER LADY** GAVE ME ATTITUDE AND I STILL BOUGHT FOOD A 2ND TIME... I CHECKED MY FOOD AND THEY DIDN'T COOK MY HAMBURGERS ON PURPOSE TO GET REVENGE..... GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL AND REPORT THIS BUSINESS.... HORRIBLE

Visit this location if you like to pay for items that you don't receive EVERY TIME YOU USE THE DRIVE THROUGH. The drive through ALWAYS forgets something in our order - ALWAYS! So tired of getting home, finding missing item or items, looking on receipt and seeing that we paid for it. It is not worth driving back there after I was already tired from a long day at work. Quite often, when I remember to check the bags before leaving, they've forgotten something, but I shouldn't have to be the one to double check the order; DOUBLE CHECKING THAT THE ORDER IS CORRECT IS THE JOB OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE! Today is the LAST time!!!
