This is the Jack more closest to me. The employees are very kind to me, but this last time the cashier was extremely very rude. She was screaming at my daughter and me saying that she was sure about the order she had taken from us. She even wanted to step out of the restaurant during her shift to get with my daughter. I just told her to calm down and that wasn't the correct way treat a customer. I'm very disappointed 😞, I couldn't get her name cause she didn't have a name tag.

a very rude disrespectful elderly man that works at this location. refusing business and locking the dinning door as he sees me approach the door to the business.

I hated my experience, never again. First one of the shift leads had a dirty attitude serving us in drive thru, ignoring my passengers, forgetting items paid for along with condiments asked for and I asked for the ham well done instead my bread was burned. I noticed this upon arriving to my destination, drove back calling them explaining and all i got back was a hashbrown that was forgotten along with the same shift lead giving me a dirty smirk. Very unprofessional! Dont consider this fast food restaurant if you're in a hurry I need to grab a bite to eat!
