Nothing urgent about this urgent care. 3 people ahead of us, Wednesday afternoon. Only 3 came after us the whole time. Needed a quick check on the issue, a prescription, and to be on our way. 50 minutes to be called in from the waiting room, over an hour to even be seen by a doctor. Front desk staff were kind enough, but not the place to go if you're in pain or need something assessed and fixed urgently.

Best urgent care experience I've ever had. I called before going in and was shocked to actually get to speak to a live, friendly person immediately. I was calling to verify they accepted my LA Care Medi-Cal, and they did! Granted I went in on an early Sunday morning, but there was no wait at all, the front desk team was friendly and helpful. I went in for symptoms of a UTI and Dr. Parsaei spent time chatting with me about symptoms and was kind enough to listen to my other concerns as well. Every step was easy and efficient! I'm so appreciative. Finding urgent help for common things, such as a UTI, has never been as easy as it was for me here. Really appreciating Cynthia as part of the front desk crew, Dr. Parsaei, the MA's, and all the women who helped me today! Thank you for working!

It’s typically not a fun day if you need to visit Urgent Care, but I always feel welcomed and well taken care of here. The location is great and the medical assistants, nurses and doctors are always awesome & thorough. It’s also a big plus that the hospital is right next door in case your situation is bad enough to have to be brought there. Hopefully you don’t have to go here, but if you do, take comfort in knowing your in good hands. Thank you for all you do Culver City Urgent Care.
