Prime location in Columbus. Food was good. Pleasant Ambiance. Staff was friendly and helpful. I placed a to go order in here which got little delayed due to some new staff member which was understandable as he was new. Overall Happy with their service

They didn’t want to take our order, why? He said there was lot of people in there. But they were only 4 tables being used. It is not fair, this place is bad and I’m really disappointed about the restaurant. We were happy celebrating my brothers music award at school and they just didn’t want to serve us.

Chili's is always a safe bet for standard food. It's not fine dining but at this location the service is good and the meal was served its purpose.
