I have lived here going on three years and I am happy. There have been a couple neighbor issues here and there like you would anywhere, however just about anytime I have decided I have had enough and call office to report it, I am informed that the problem has already been dealt with and Lo and behold someone has a UHaul and problem neighbors are history. Jordan and Jeannie don’t play. Steve is the most wonderful maintenance guy and I have no problem with him coming in to fix anything.

I've been here since April and I love everything about it. I enjoy the quiet country life with easy access to shops. The apartments are clean, spacious, and quiet. So far the neighbors are very nice and respectful. If you're not a fan of nature this place isn't for you. There are various ducks, geese, and turtles basking by the pond everyday. I really enjoy living here. The few problems I have do not change my opinion that this is a fantastic place to live. The negative side of living here is the gym needs a little work and upkeep, the trees block my gorgeous view of the pond, the parking strategy, and of course the duck/geese waste everywhere. These are things to consider while weighing the pros and cons of moving here. But overall it's a great place and the office is quick to attend to and fix any issues.

I have been here for 2 years and just signed my 3th. This is a wonderful place to life. I just had an issue with my air condition. Rachel and the maint. team work until late hours to get it fixed for me. I appreciate everything you all have done for me. Looking forward to another great year here.

I CAN NOT wait for my lease to be up. I was at first so excited to move in the property manager seemed so sweet and understanding, however I honestly have had nothing but issues since I moved it. First it was my upstairs neighbors that partied all through the night. Nothing got done about them except they got "talked to". Next came snow and that NEVER got plowed. I had to call out of work a few times because I couldn't get to the main road. THEN came Christmas, the trash has been piled since then and I still have to pay for it. I have put in multiple work orders for my vents that mysteriously everyone "looses" so my bill is through the roof since no one will fix it. The grounds themselves have dramatically changed since I moved in there is trash EVERYWHERE. I just wish it was July already so I can run not walk to the nearest exit. Anyone reading this save yourself the trouble and frustration and just go somewhere else.
