What a wonderful place this is! My daughter and I truly enjoyed the opportunity to step back into history and learn about the 1880s farm life. It brought me a lot of nostalgia when I remembered my Grandmother and Grandfather's farm from when I was a little girl. It was a lot like this farm. They have many hands on interactive learning areas that my daughter loved especially. Definitely worth the trip! We will be going back in the spring to see the planting season.

This is such a great place to go with the family, it is educational and fun at the same time. The old farmhouse and grounds really take you back in time . The staff here is super friendly and make the experience completely awesome. Not to mention , if you like farm animals, this is the place for you.

We have been visiting Slate Run Historical Farm for over 18 years. Great place to take the family on a nice day. Or to just relax and take some pictures. Wonderful memories!

Yup! The outhouse by the farmhouse is roped off though.
No , I don't think so . I have never seen one if they do .
Not the farm or playground equipment but the trails are open till 9 pm
They do something. I have seen signs by the entrance in previous years.
