Arby's use to be amazing, but it seems things have changed tremendously. Service was great. but sadly my Turkey, Bacon Wrap really missed the mark.

I ordered 2 kids meals 6 piece and 4 piece nugget, I also ordered buffalo chicken sandwich and 5 piece tender meal. It was a total of 31.and change . Got home ready to smash my bcs and the meat didn't exist it was like the slider meat and didn't cover the bread. They have never let me down I don't like to call, or take food back so I just settle for my fries and drink and ate my chicken tender on my sandwich smh .. This is exactly why I don't eat out as much they wouldn't want eat it like that why they fix it like that?.... Week later manager with a H I'm terrible with names fixed it and our new food was so good ...Thank you for great customer service

Will never eat at this location again! Just got home ordered a double roast beef, take my 1st bite and get a hard piece of bone or plastic not sure which! Hard! Take it out took another bite, same thing! It’s disgusting! I’m so turned off by this sandwich you’ve lost my business forever! Disgusting! Be on the lookout for hard white things in the roast beef!
