24 hours is more like 12am-6am, your lucky if they acknowledge your presence. They ghosted me and another car at the drive thru. I was car 6 to leave in 10 minutes. Oh, and It was NOT busy. They had 1 car infront of me and he was LONG gone. Not as bad as S. High McDonald's but I am at white castle with my food. Thanks for wasting my morning.

There are definitely better locations around the area (ex. South High St & Groveport) Waited about 25min to get our food, received a slight attitude when telling them I was missing items. 2 star because the food was hot, fries were also filled half way.

Ordered 3 sandwiches asked for all them to be fresh. They were not. They were dry. Waited in line for 15 minutes before getting to take my order when no one was in line. I wasn't even acknowledged. Called the store and the manager was rude. I demand to speak to the higher managers to file a formal complaint

This place is the absolute worst. I’ve definitely visited much better locations so it’s not all McDonald’s, but this one sucks big time. Ordered chicken biscuit sandwich and hash brown. They didn’t even attempt to wrap the sandwich up or put the hash brown inside the paper wrapping. The chicken was out of the biscuit, at the bottom of the bag with the hash brown underneath it. Basically someone just threw my food inside the bag! Was handed a large coffee with the lid half way off. As soon as I grabbed it, hot coffee spilled out on top of my hand. The employee gave me this stupid look as if I was at fault. Just careless and no common sense, make sure the lid is securely on before handing hot coffee over to a customer. What ticked me off even more was the fact that she didn’t bother offering an apology or a napkin to wipe the coffee off my hand, I had to ask for a napkin! I understand wanting to quickly get customers served when you have a rush and long lines waiting (maybe employees shouldn’t be standing out front taking smoke breaks when you’re that busy) but good customer service, proper presentation of the food you pay for and an overall good experience despite a rather long wait time definitely goes a long way!! Many other good places I can give my money too. If I choose breakfast at McDonald’s, I’d rather drive clear across town to another location before coming back here ever again!!
