Went here for lunch, they were very efficient at getting us through the line. The food was delicious as always.

Ordered a burrito bowl 2x barbacoa, when I got there I asked if I could add chips to my order. They said they were out of chips. Got home opened my meal to discover no meat in the bowl. I took it back and made them aware of my situation for them to tell me they are out of barbacoa!?!?. So you just planned on me eating a veggie bowl without the protein I paid good money for. I think I’m more bothered by they couldn’t just simply tell me when I arrived instead of sending me on my way to discover this problem myself and rely on me to fix their ignorance. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

I ordered a salad. When I looked at my order I had literally 5 - 6 leaves in my bowl. How incompetent of a worker do you have to be to think it’s okay to put 5 - 6 leaves of lettuce in a bowl and think it’ll pass off as a salad? I also ordered chips. There were about 10 chips in my order and they were stale. This Chipotle is terrible.
