Soft fluffy scrambled eggs with a light and airy bun. Queue can get quite long but there’s enough staff working at the back to speed things along. Price has definitely gone up quite a bit. It’s almost $10 for a simple breakfast burger. Ample seating in the market area for all the different food.

Delicious! I think most of the fun is the name, but their food is also tasty. Excellent bacon, the egg was great with the salt and chives. The mashed potatoes (potato puree, but I mean... mashed potatoes) could use a bit more seasoning and the bread was a bit stale (tasting would have fixed that). But altogether a great place to grab brunch!

Eggslut is a must try breakfast experience in Los Angeles. It is one of the most famous spots in Grand Central Market. I tried the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Sandwich which I loved. You will have to stand in line to order but they prepare the sandwiches fast. Highly recommended.

There's often a pretty long line. You can probably get through in maybe 40min? What I have found most useful, is just ordering online for pickup via Uber Eats, or so. That's what I did, to free myself up for other things, instead of just waiting in a line.
Nope. And based upon how long the line is, it wasn't worth it. There are lots of amazing places to go to have breakfast
Not according to their menu. But the food hall is huge so you would have vegan options inside.

I can talk about a Wednesday morninf at 9AM i was there and between line and actually geting my food it took me 15mins.
