Roaches no sheets no pillow cases mold smells from the air conditioner nasty hallways only thing that is clean is the parking lot staff is very lazy not worth the money at all

I just want to say that my stay has been Awsome and the Manager here Saundra Green is a Amazing Manager she is always smiling and greeting you. She goes over and beyond if you have a situation. She always ask how is your stay and is there anything she can help you with. I'm so glad she is a Manager here she runs a Great Team. I just want to say Thank you Saundra for my experience here.

I have an emotional support dog and it was fine at first. Then all of a sudden my dog was vicious. Which is a total lie. He is the most gentle love bug there ever was. They were never in the office it was closed every day. My bathroom door did not shut it was off the door jam. There were roaches. It was just nasty this time. I will never go back there or any other inn towne suites.

I had to rent a room for a week due to emergency conditions in my home. Not wanting to spend a lot of money, I noticed this was much cheaper than any of the other weekly/monthly hotel motels in town. I went to check in and found a helpful but very frazzled employee there. she told me there was no way she could check me in, and no rooms were available, as most of the staff was out with COVID. Well, I now wouldn't have stayed there for the life of me, and was grateful for this employee's candor. HOWEVER....i just found a $39 charge on my credit card for this hotel!!! They should have given me a credit for another In Towne place, since they SCREWED me when I was in dire need. GET IT TOGETHER central reservations. I understand it's COVID season again but this is your biz. GET IT TOGETHER! I am going to ask for my $ back and more! Thank you all for reading. Oh and by the way, give the maintenance manager a raise. She's the only good thing about your Columbus East location.
