The front desk guy is so rude !! I think he’s the manager! I made the reservation for today Friday they got me in wrong day they charge me for a whole night without check in don’t want give me a refund & also they gave my room away so now I have no room no where to stay smh bad place to stay

Had an initial issue with extremely inconsiderate upstairs neighbors, but as soon as it was brought to managements attention, ALL STOPS were pulled out to correct the issue! Staff at this location are extraordinarily friendly and helpful! Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommend and will use again in the future!!!

They will go through your drawers an belongings to try an find things to kick you out no refunds. Staff an management not very friendly at all. My room was never cleaned an was only given two towels an roll of tp. Every two weeks. They were supposed to clean every two weeks tho they just asked you if you wanted it cause they didn't have enough staff to so them all. The rooms an beds are small an bedding an towels are cheap an you get all this for around 1700$ a month. Would not recommend for good people or classy ones or for those who want quite place to stay at very noisy an traffic is awful

Wish I had checked them out before we took the room at the extended stay america in dublin. Had one of their employees try to enter my room, using a key card, late at night. No knock or call to announce who they were or why they were trying to enter. They actually ran away when I jumped up and yelled, "who is it?" Then laughed when I called the front desk. Corporate is, if possible, worse than their GM. They couldn't care less. Promised a return for that weekend. Never happened. I have 4 different bills they gave me with 4 different amounts. No as promised comp for the weekend. Just a bunch of altered bills. One even shows 3 days they say were refunded but there wasn't anything returned to my account. The itemized bill given to me by their temporary GM shows O charges for the 1st 3 days we were here. At this point, after 3 other different bills and a completely unconcerned and abusive Corporate response, I don't trust any of them. I went to the front the next morning and requested another copy of my bill. The room charges they said they refunded, that had been removed from the bill given to me by their GM, had mysteriously reappeared!! We have to kick the rocks preventing their " secured" doors to remain accessible to anyone so they can bring more people to stay in their rooms. This WoodSpring has security cameras that prevents or shows who's responsible. They are warned. If it happens again, they are put out. The extended stay america in dublin doesn't care They actually get nasty if you complain. Too indifferent to the security and safety of their guests to put in what is a relatively inexpensive security camera. This WoodSpring is concerned and they show it. The new management is very guest focused. They are aware they are in the customer service industry and you can see it. Extended stay america in dublin ohio has no concept what customer service is. They are, at best, deceitful and who's only concern is how to get as much as they can, while doing as little as possible. Parties with people drinking in the parking lot. Trash. Beer, alcohol cans and bottles, food and trash everywhere. Worst place and people I have ever had to deal with. I wish we had spent our money here.
