I've lived here at Summerwinds since 2006. It has an amazing Management staff, Desmond and Chynene. They both are always professional and personable. I haven't experienced any problems with either Management or with Maintenance staff. Maintenance does a great job in fixing any problems and in a timely matter. They keep the property clean and make you glad to have a clean environment to live in.

My fiancé and I have been renting here for over a year now and we absolutely love it. It is our first apartment together and I am so grateful that we came to live here. My experience at Summerwind has been nothing short of incredible. Management is exceptional, maintenance is always on top of it, the community is clean, and the people here are friendly. I could not recommend this complex enough. Thank you to the amazing team at Summerwind for providing me and my fiancé with a great experience :) We could never repay these awesome individuals back for how great they have treated us and our dog.

Yes they are. $500 refundable deposit and $20 mo rent fee for pet(s). There are stations with doggy bags. You must clean up after your dogs! Cameras are watching! No abuse or neglect allowed. Should be fixed and vetted. No breeding! Great walking area.please keep barking down and respect neighbors and management .

Thank you for your interest in our community, Currently our rates are as follows: -A studio is $1,200 on a 10 months lease -1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom apartments are $1,450 upstairs and $1,500 downstairs We do not currently have any of these units available, the best time to check back with us is the 1st and end of the month because that's when we usually get our 30 day notices. If you want to contact us and leave your information, we can call you if something becomes available.
I would not do thst becuase peaple can get the cared numer and take out all your money. Not good idiy
