Service: laboratory. I'm a nurse and today I had a sad and painful experience while getting a blood sample taken that reminded me how we can forget that we're working with human beings. We can be insensible and start doing everything mechanically, causing unnecessary pain to patients. Despite the convenient location and how fast everything was, I'll think twice before going back here again.

Top notch Outpatient center. Convenient location, easy parking, and very accommodating staff. You can see your doctor, get your labs and imaging test, and have outpatient surgery all in one spot.

The receptionist named Jess is very rude. Does not exchange pleasantries or greet you, does not say please or thank you. She just tells you what to do. Or maybe it's just me. How dare I ask if I had the right day? She proceeded to scold me for asking, telling me why I should accept my appointment being 45 min late. Everyone else is very nice but this receptionist ruins the experience.

X-rays, EKG, and lab work are walk-in only. Any other testing such as mammo, CT scan, MRI, and Ultrasound require an appointment. Call 412-854-7100 and press option 1 to schedule an appointment.
No, that facility is not vaccinating. They don't have storage for the vaccine.
