My husband and I have lived here for 2 months...we love it..it's pretty quiet...kids playing from time to time. Pretty sure that's normal. Being a former homeowner, there are things we can take care of on our own. When my electrical outlet didn't work..I told Latoya...she wanted to fill out a service request...I told her no cause I had just moved in and had a mess..come back to it another day...well those switches that had no meaning...well they powered those outlets... duh...I put trash out and it's gone before bedtime. Love the vibes in the office..really great group of folks. UPDATE:.I notified maintenance . My kitchen sink was clogged. They were there in a timely manner and fixed the clog! Great job folks...

My service request never got done! I have been calling and i also went there requesting them to fix my front door for my security and safety. but no one come yet to fix it, and they send me email saying work completed. I am really disappointed of them, yesterday i called back to what happen they said that they will call me back soon, until now no one called yet.

I highly do not recommend moving here. Very high priced for a non remodeled apartment and a very unsafe area to live. Had my car broken into multiple times and my neighbors home was shot at. If you value your safety do NOT move here.

My last few months at The Commons of Canal Winchester. The trash on the grounds increased. Glass laid broke in grass for over a month never cleaned up. They increased my rent for my year and decreased trash pick ups. Causing the trash can across the street to my apartment to overflow with in 2 to 3 days and stay overflowing for the rest of the week. Trash blowing down the street because of raccoons ripping open bags. All my windows in my apartment got to open up to this view. Glad, I paid extra for this view. The bracket that supports the stairs up to my apartment had been rusting away. Let the maintenance supervisor know about this issue was told its on contractor list. Was still rusting away when I moved out. Guess, that's not a safe concern to management. Shame, I really liked this property when I first came but to many issues with management and things not getting resolved.
