If i could put negative stars I would. My wife and I came into this ER because she could not breath. The nurses were unbelievable with how they handled my wife and her condition. They completely disregarded her failure to breath. They took over 7 hours and we never got the results. They were so rude we had to leave because we felt like they would not treat her properly. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised theirs a lot of malpractice going on at this Location. I recently lost my mother to covid and and would think these nurses would have a little more of a caring attitude. I understand you guys work hard and we appreciate the ones that still care. You all get paid incredibly well and chose to be nurses. Figure it out or maybe find new careers. Never been more disappointed in western medicine. This facility should be shut down.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is absolutely ridiculous. Been here since 1 pm and it is now 10:30pm and they just took my father in law in. He got tested at 4pm. At 8 pm my husband went and talked to the front desk and low and behold THEY. NEVER. SENT. THE. URINE. SAMPLE. IN. TO. GET. TESTED!! So 4 hours went by and nothing!! It was still sitting there behind the desk. As soon as they call him in the security guard told me only 1 person is allowed. Well that’s funny because I have seen soooo many people go in with more than just 1 visitor. This place is a joke and you have to understand why the 2.8 stars is there!!! There is no urgency from anyone. This place is trash and completely unaware how terrible they are!!!!

I would give them 0 starts if I could. They had me waiting for 3hrs in the emergency room prior to seeing me even though I had potential life threatening symptoms! There was a lady that came in with terrible stomach pain and they made her wait over half an hr! She was screaming the whole time. There were not even busy! They were understaffed and completely inconsiderate. I had a horrible headache and they didn't even give me anything to make me comfortable. 6hrs there.. no sleep! Horrible experience!!!
