Online it says I can rent a Glowforge. I called the rep at the store who seemed frustrated I was asking about it. She was 100% being short with me for no reason. I asked if there is a date when they will begin rentals. She said no and "corporate" hasn't told them when to start. Online it says they offer it. I asked if they could take my information in case there is a waiting list for that. She said there is nothing like that and to just keep calling their store. Doesn't seem like a reasonable solution, wasting time for them and me. Why would I want to keep calling back to talk to employees who are rude and don't reflect what it says on the company website? I'm sure it's a nice store never been. Rep at store didn't give her name.... EDIT (spoke to store manager. She had the information. Was kind and helpful) Seems like a new item for them. Glad everything is cleared up and looking forward to renting a machine soon.

This place is huge!!! Honestly spent way more time here than expected, but they had so many options. We needed fabric to redo the windows in our camper van (follow on Instagram @Cat.a.Van) and they had exactly what we were looking for! Worth the drive from wherever you are parked/living!
