After a 30 minute wait I recieved the wrong order. I walked back in asking for my money back as I do not have another 30 minutes to wait. They said they can't refund my money until tomorrow. Because the manager is not here tonight!! 7/8/22 I do not live in this neighborhood! I waited another 25 minutes to recieve half my order was my original food microwaved to warm it up while they cooked the rest of my order!!! Never will I ever eat wing stop Gahanna ever again.

I ordered online at 9:45 and got there around 10 just for the girl working to say they closed at 9. My husband came out to confirm that I ordered and she locked the door behind him. When he went back up to the door she wouldn't let him in and then 5 other people showed up looking for their orders to. She turned out the lights like no one was there and wouldn't even give people back their money. We won't be back here ever again

So I made online under to pick up after work with my 14yrs son, I sent him inside with order detail/order#. My son get back to the car telling the lady at the front told him that a men took your order and he gave the same name. I want in there and am like where is my order and show her the email clearly the order is under a women and I have my order detail so where is my food. So the only way this could happen is inside job they properly gave my food to their friend since name is only require but she should of check by order# or to show order detail via email. I did get my food but that’s every crazy and inconvenience to me. It’s like they wanted to just walk away from it and I was like let’s look at the camera. I spent close to $60, Will not be buying food from there again.

I placed my order online when I arrived it wasn’t quite done I was waiting on fries. A young man was doing the fries the host asked “ are those my fries” after she checked for my name. he replies “ no they’re mine. Proceeds to load his tray with fresh thick cut fries leaving me with the crumbs. This is rude and very unprofessional if you’re going to eat on the job at least make sure the customer is taken care of.
