I honestly think we should find out who the owner of this store is because this place needs new staff ASAP, worst customer service ever. I have tried several times to call in and order food but they never ever answer, if they do answer they still tell you to order online which has a limit on the amount of wings you can order. Here it is high noon and again no one will pick up the phone! There is another Wingstop on E. Main I could use but because of the service I'm getting from this one on E. Broad St. I don't wanna go to any Wingstop period. Store owners please listen to your customers and let's make some changes.

Very poor experience here. Even for it being a Friday night with 4 to 5 folks working, there was very little customer service to be had and unfortunately the meal did not make up for it. Ordered online with a max pickup time of 20 minutes, order was ready 45 minutes later. Ordered the new chicken sandwich and asked for no pickle but got 5 slices. The bun was hard and seemed stale and the actual chicken was puny and dry. I asked for the fries to be well done and extra seasoned and yet they were the complete opposite. The honey mustard I asked for was included and the fountain drink was good too. Other than those two positives, this was not a great experience on any front. Pictured are the "well done with extra seasoning" fries and the lemon pepper chicken sandwich that was dry and thin.

We bought a $100 gift card for a friend. Wingstop didn't swipe the card to activate it. Our friend can't use it and wingstop says they can't do anything despite the fact that we have our receipt for proof of purchase. They tried to look up the transaction on the security camera to verify the purchase (because that's somehow more valid than the receipt?), but they couldn't even do that right. Really hoping someone figures out how to make this right.

My family and I had Sunday dinner inside wingstop. And it was actually our first time eating from wingstop. The wings were fresh and cooked perfectly. The General Manager was nice and helped us pick out our flavors. The inside was clean and the General Manager even cleaned our table before we sat down just to make sure everything was clean. The Owner was there Kevin and he checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking. We will surely be back!
