My move was incredibly stressful but the folks here made the process as smooth as possible when it came to getting a truck. They were quick, explained things well, and even offered to let me chill inside away from the sun while I waited for my ride home.

According to the manager, if you car gets blocked in on the lot while you are trying to go to your storage unit or returning the truck, which has happened ALL the time, he can't do anything about it. His words are " I can't do anything about it. I don't even have to refund you, but I will because I'm trying to help you guys out." 3 SUVs were blocked here and cops were called. Uhaul corporate never answered the phone even when we dialed road side assistance. The manager didn't take any responsibility, no one warned us this would happen when we check out the truck. You would think at least they would tell you since this has happened almost every single night. Just be aware that you can be stuck on the parking lot for 2 hours like we did. The manager was extremely unprofessional. I was trying to warn other customers in line behind us that they don't pull their own car on to the lot. The manager told me "If you don't stop speaking to my customers, I will not refund you. "

I have rented a truck from western Ave b4 but this time I just needed boxes & bubble wrap. I have no complaints about this place. Great service. Blake was a big help. Found everything I needed. (Including mattress cover.) He even carried it all to my car, Thanks. Bonus... they buy back boxes I don't use.😁
