Friendly and nice but they rented me a trailer that has major issues that they should have caught. I picked this trailer up on Friday night for a cross country road trip from Pennsylvania to Oregon. I didn't really look it over, I figured they wouldn't let me drive across the country in something with issues, I was wrong. Me and my wife powered through a nearly none stop drive back home to Oregon. When we got to Utah, around 2000 miles in, we took a break at a rest stop my wife noticed the driver's side tire had buldges in it and the tire was pretty bare. We took it to a U-Haul dealership in Ogden, Utah and the guy said, " They should have never rented this to you." We had to wait an hour and a half for roadside support to get a guy out to replace the tire, it doesn't stop there. After taking the tire off of the trailer we noticed the top leaf spring on the trailers suspension was broken, and looked like it had been that way for a while because the area where it broke was completely rusted. Now we had to go to another dealership because they didn't have a replacement trailer at the dealership we were at, contact the roadside assistance again so we could get an emergency replacement trailer, swap all of our stuff and hit the road again. This burned nearly 5 hours off our time, we are rushing back home to see my wife's grandpa because it might be his last Christmas. After switching to the new trailer we are getting better gas mileage and on the smooth section on freeway it doesn't play seesaw with our car at high speeds. We are lucky it didn't come to a worst result but frustrated it wasn't noticed before we picked it up. Make sure you thoroughly inspect your trailer and trucks before you drive away with these guys.

They sent our uhaul boxes to the wrong storage center. Cost us $2,500 to ship it to the correct location. They never told me the place I was moving to didn't do uhaul boxes. Had to rent a truck unload our boxes into the uhaul truck. Then unload the uhaul truck at our new house. All more expenses. I asked the rep what I did wrong when I placed the order. She said "nothing". I was transferred to a supervisor who was supposed to give me some kind of a refund. Didn't accept they messed up. Was told that her supervisor would now call me the following Monday. They never even bothered to call.

Ms. Terry's knowledge of her job, along with her professionalism, friendly, welcoming demeanor is a refreshing asset to UHaul on Washington Blvd. or any UHaul she works!! Vincent was so helpful to us and I highly recommend! Our towing hitch was seized up and we couldn’t get it out and Vincent helped us right away even though they were super busy at the time. I really appreciated how accommodating he was!!
