For Semi Truck Drivers Guard was nice and receiving was also nice enough space to back on the dock no parking for truck inside the facility so you have to park on busy street before check in appointment only NO FCFS Also receiving opens at 8:00 AM PDT

If I could rate a zero I would. Our first time here and this place is a joke! Nothing safe about this place. The guard didn't know how to do his job and direct any kind of order. There was no place to park but in the middle of the busy street. We got to the place early for a load that was supposed to be ready for pickup and it wasn't. We waited for an hour for a bay to open and an additional 5 freaking hours for them to load the truck!! Wasted time just waiting ... Ugh so aggravating! I hope to never have to come here again. If you do come be prepared to sit for a long time and waste time!
