We had such an amazing experience with this company! I set up an appointment for an in-home shopping consultation online and the team came out to our home with tons of different flooring options that fit all the criteria I had listed. They weren't pushy at all and the estimate was very transparent so there were no surprise costs. The installation team was great. Professional, courteous, skilled. Everything you would want for a home project. They were really quick and clean, too. It was a great experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend.

We recently had hardwood floors installed by Durafloor through the Costco Business Services program. I first want to start off by saying the floors look beautiful and we've received several compliments on how they look in our home. The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and the Durafloor team were great to work with. Anyone who has ever worked with a bad or inconsiderate contractor know how frustrating home improvements can be. Jose, our Durafloor representative, was very professional and kept his appointments ON TIME and was extremely patient and helpful through the whole process of selecting the right floor and color, scheduling the install and following up to make sure we were happy with the product. The Durafloor installation team showed up as scheduled and took good care in moving our furniture, cleaning up as they finished and completing the installation per their estimate. NO SURPRISES. Overall, we were very happy with the work and professionalism of the Durafloor team. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering installing hardwood floors. Costco, as usual, choose a great partner and the 15% Costco Shop Card was a nice bonus.

I consider myself very fortunate to have chosen Dura Floor for my home flooring replacement. Jose Serpos was such a great Project Manager for my flooring project. He was able to, not only, accommodate my tight schedule but also did a marvelous job of coordinating his staff from start to finish. Everything was right on time and the work was flawless. I invested very little effort in making sure that everything was done right. I can see why Dura Floor is Costco's prefereed flooring supply and contractor in my area. Kudos to Jose and Gustavo for their workmanship. And Vanessa and Israel for their prompt response to any of my questions.

I used Dura Flooring through the Costco floor/carpet program. From my first phone call to the final follow-up call, this company was pleasant and professional. Prices were competitive -- not the cheapest but you also tend to get what you pay for -- and they worked with us to find a lower cost carpet (that we love as much as our first choice) when we needed to get to a lower total spend. They did a whole 2-story house in TWO days, and were communicative about what they were doing and how they would do our bedroom first so we could sleep there without missing a night in our home. The new carpeting looks amazing -- like being in a new home! But the most important part of the whole process was that I felt that I could trust everyone, from our account rep Jose to the installers. A shoutout to Vanessa Gonzalez who was the first person I spoke with and instantly made me feel comfortable with this company. And Jose was great throughout the process -- and patient as we decided on cost, carpet color/style, etc. Highly recommend these guys. The huge number of 5-star reviews were a factor in my decision. And now I'm adding another 5-star review!
