I got there at 3:47pm for just a physical and left almost at 8pm. There was nobody to give physicals till about 7pm and the doctor I had was very nice and worked quickly but there was no secretary to do the paperwork for her. The issue here is scheduling within the workplace

I went yesterday( Sun.-5/1/22) late night around 10:30 pm to do a Pre-employment drug screen. William was by himself & took care of it very promptly. Was out of there in 30 min. I know if I would’ve gone there during the day I would’ve been there a long time. I guess it helps that the clinic does does pre-employment test 24 hrs a day. My advise to others is to get it done later in the evening for faster in & out.

This clinic lacks urgency, compassion, communication and respect. Every single time I've had an appointment here I have waited for more than 2 hours before being seen. That last appointment I had, I waited 3 hours for the doctor. I had a blood draw two weeks prior, and was told to come back on 4/29. The doctor told me that I should have been scheduled for 6 weeks after my draw, not two. When I asked why my appointment was made for two weeks, he had no answer. I waited for three hours for no reason whatsoever. There had been other times where, after waiting for two hours, I had to beg to be seen so that I could pick up my son from school on time. I do not understand why it should take so long to be seen, when I have an appointment. This last visit, the waiting room was so full, people were sitting on the floor. And the whole time I was waiting in the room for the Dr I could hear the staff talking incessantly about what to have for lunch, vacations, diets, weddings, etc. There is no sense of urgency or care for the people who have other things to do other than wait for hours on end for a 5 minute consultation. Everything I had to see a different dr, they had different ideas about how long it should be between visits, whether I need to come in for results, or wait for them over the phone. There does not seem to be one single procedure, everyone handles things in their own way and it is extremely un organized and insufficient. I hope I never get injured at work again. I chose this clinic bc it was closest from my home. I needed a physical for a new job. I appreciated the honesty of the staff member over the phone who provided an estimated wait time before I arrived as a walk-in. The staff said it would probably take 2–3 hours because they were very busy and understaffed. This info helped me coordinate my day and decide to visit on a different day, rather than waste my time driving 30-45 mins to the clinic and miss another appointment I had that day. The seating area were arranged to accommodate social distancing; seats also appeared clean. The waiting room also had a television showing movies to keep our time occupied. Sanitizing dispensaries we’re readily available. And their bathrooms were clean.
