I wish I could give them zero stars!!! Customer service has gone down the drain. Been a member since 2014 and I am livid!!!! needed to complete a balance transfer in a new credit card that the Banker did not do in branch for whatever reason. Called and found out there was ALOT of information not told to me when getting the new line of credit. Instead of helping me they transfer me back to the Banker who had "helped" me earlier. Banker gets on phone with attitude and tells me I didn't ask about a balance transfer when I literally pulled my Statement out to verify the amount and asked if they could increase from 5k to 6k so I can only have 1 credit card. She continues to give me attitude and basically tells me I never asked about balance transfer and the Transfer is going to cost me $108 to complete. If she would have given me all this information up front instead of worrying about getting another sale towards her bonus I would have told her I need $6100 to cover the balance and now I have the option to cancel my card or have 2 credit cards which I didn't want. NEVER have I been talked to so rudely from such a business. Change your ways SDCCU this isn't the level of Customer Service I have come to expext.

Basically use the ATM machines. We do have a small improvement loan with them.

I went into this location and they seemed uninterested in helping me, told me I had racked up $400 in fees on my card. This place took advantage of my re-newed card and set up my account to have over draft protection but I got charged 9 over draft fees in two days equaling to about $400 only in fees. I only spent about $70 and came in to pay off what I used but I wasn't aware it was going to cost me my entire pay check. I paided right away to avoid anymore fees and all I get is a whole month of no rent, no food, no gas all because a greedy "credit union" set up my card wrong knowingly to throw incredibly stupid fees at me.

I got fast and helpful service the 2 times Iv'e been there. We don't need to visit branches very often and the rates we got were much better than our big bank.

I'm not entirely too sure as to why you can't call them directly. They may or may not be taking direct calls. Due to COVID, I know that some call centers/branches may not be getting all calls due to high volume.
