They said it would take 8 minutes. It took 20, the pepperoni lined the border of the pizza, and everybody after me left so I’m pretty sure it finished and they forgot to give it to me even though I stood in there the whole time. Boo

Usually I have a great experience here. But my experience on 2/5/22 was awful 😞 I placed an order to be picked up at 6:22. I got there on time, but my pizza and Italian cheese bread wasn't ready. I had no problem waiting, I understand that there are staff shortages and all, but I was very angry to stand there and wait for over 30 mins after my food was supposed to be ready for the manager to announce that my order was voided and refuny. When I asked why, he just stated that they were out of dough, nothing was offered as compensation for my wasted time and disappointment. There needs to be more training, and more than two people working during busy hours!

They gave my order to someone else. Then asked if I wanted them to make it again. Yes I wanted my pizza! You already charged my card! They told me to come back in 15 minutes. Came back and it still wasn’t ready. Waited another 15 minutes for my food. I’ll use the one in Main Street next time.

Really great. I used the app and it worked flawlessly but the Pizza Portal was broken when I went to pick up but they quickly brought out my pizza when they asked for my name. I got the Large Ultimate Supreme with a side of Crazy Bread. The pizza must have weighed 5 lbs. There was lots of toppings and the taste was excellent. Most have had Caesars but I do recommend the Pizza as you can't beat the price and the service at this location is very good and they are fast.
