I’ve been moving with conventry for two years now , the first year was pretty smooth but as time went by we started facing a couple of issues . We had water breach that cause ants to wander from that whole and go every where in my apartment ! This was insanely disgusting , my room mate and I made a few calls to the leasing office and didn’t receive any accommodation until like four call after . We had a messed up door and that took months for them to come and look at , and when they came to look at it the maintenance people told us they will come the next day to fix our door . They didn’t come the next day or the day after , the following week I made several calls to the office about the door and then they came ( two weeks after the first call ) . We had a light bulb go out in the kitchen and we couldn’t reach it , my roommate made a few calls to the office but no one came to fix it , my roommate then went on to go to the office and tell Them in person that our light went out and they came like four days after . Last but not least we were told in the beginning that we could break our lease prior to signing the papers and we even have have an example of a friend who lived here last year and she broke her lease in the summer but now we are trying to do that and they are saying it’s not possible and we have to keep our apartment which is utterly confusing and unacceptable if we want to leave we should be able to leave by paying a fee and also the lady at the office was rude and was unwilling to statements.
