I showed up 40 minutes before the minute clinic closed, and she told me she’s done for the day. I let her know that the hours online say they’re open until 5:30 and her response was “exactly, so I’m not seeing anymore patients” then she walked away from me. I obviously should’ve read the reviews before coming in.

Nurse was very late coming back from her lunch, when she finally came out out of the door was rude and unpleasant to talk to.

Checked in online ahead of time- arrived within 30min (drive time). Got there, entered code, says my code was canceled. Provider cancelled our Check in. Was now 60 min wait. Won’t be back- got right into Kroger little clinic 10min later with check in.

Why is it if they are supposed to open at 9 that the nurse only shows up at 9 and doesn’t start taking people till at least 15 after so they are behind before they even start the day!! What’s the point of having reserved appointments if you are a walk-in clinic? We were here first and 2 people walk in after us and are seen first? Your system does not work.
